General Entry tickets include access to all conference programming as well three breakfasts, lunches, and dinners, and complimentary shuttle service from (on May 24) and to (on May 27) Pittsburgh Int’l Airport. This ticket does not include lodging. Booking with a hotel would need to be done separately.  

General Entry + Room tickets include everything included in the General Entry ticket but also includes a three-night stay at Washington and Jefferson College in the college’s residence halls. This is an ideal ticket for younger, college-aged travelers, since it is significantly less expensive than booking a hotel ($29/night per guest). However, the ticket is open to anyone.  

Couples: Married couples attending the conference together are offered a bundle deal for both tickets. Those selecting the General Entry + Room Couples option will have all the amenities included in the single deals at a discount. 

Single Ticket. The most adventurous way to spend the conference and the best way to make new friends. Guests will be placed in a standard residence room with a roommate for the duration of the conference according to Region. As part of the purchase, linens for your bed will be available. Two rooms will share a combined bathroom, and the guest is responsible for bringing their toiletries. Men and women will be placed in separate accommodations. Each night a floor will gather for small group discussion which helps build bonds and unpack the day.  

Couple Ticket. For those bringing their spouse and desiring to get the full PftK experience. Guest couples will be placed in a suited dorm room according to their Region. Rooms will have their own bathroom, and linens will be provided, but the guests are responsible for bringing their own toiletries. Each night a floor will gather for small group discussion which helps build bonds and unpack the day. 

Child Add-On. For those bringing children and staying on campus, an Add-On per child may be selected to cover the cost of their meals. Children from the age of 7 until the age of 16 are eligible for this add-on (below 7 is free of charge). If the guest is 16 or over a separate general entry ticket must be purchased. Children will be housed in the same spaces as their families within suite style dorms. Please note: past 3 children per room, guest will be responsible for bringing their own sleeping materials. 

Check in begins on Monday, May 24, at noon ET outside the Commons building on the campus of Washington and Jefferson College. We politely ask that you arrive on campus no later than 3 pm ET.  

Check out (for campus guests only) begins the morning of Thursday, May 27 and ends at 3 pm. All guests may bring their luggage to the Washington and Jefferson College Commons if they are using the shuttle to get to the Airport. 

Monday, May 24, the shuttle will make its first pickup at 11 am and will make its final pickup at 2 pm, and. Pickups will occur only at Pittsburgh International Airport. 

Thursday, May 27, the shuttle will take its first group from Washington & Jefferson College to the Pittsburgh Int’l Airport at 3 pm and will take its final group at 6 pm. 

Luggage. On the final day of the conference (Thursday, May 27), an area at the Commons on Washington & Jefferson’s campus will be available for guests to hold their luggage during the final morning of programming until they leave on an Airport shuttle in the afternoon.
